Orders & Products

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock limitations or pricing errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colors may vary slightly. Prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and include applicable taxes.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment is due upon delivery of your order. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including delivery fees. Failure to pay upon delivery may result in order cancellation and potential restrictions on future orders.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Tunisia. Delivery times vary by governorate and are estimated at 2-5 business days. Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination governorate and are displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain threshold. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Rifel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
