Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued. The refund will be made through the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon.
Exceptions
Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
